Delete your Chibot account

Use this page to start deletion of your Chibot account and the cloud data associated with it. We verify every request by email before anything irreversible happens.

Cloud access is revokedSessions, account ownership, and Chibot cloud data are cleaned up through our controlled workflow.
Your physical robot stays with youThis workflow does not factory-reset the robot or erase local board data.

Enter the email used for your account. For privacy, the page never tells you whether an account exists.

Chibot returns the same response whether or not an account exists for the address.

Matoffo may retain limited records where required by law or for security and fraud prevention. Active subscriptions are cancelled as part of account cleanup; deletion does not create an automatic refund.
